Video: The world’s largest FPV Horizontal Single Axis Tracker system to date

The 10.6MWp Xfloat array is part of a 31MWp energy project at the Ma’ayan Zvi Reservoir, at the base of the Carmel Mountain Range. The project provides a dual use for the irrigation reservoirs owned by the Carmel Coast Regional Council and Water Utility, generating clean electricity while preserving the greenfields for agricultural use. Xfloat’s technology provides c. 20% greater production yield than fixed-tilt FPV systems, maximizing investor returns. Xfloat’s tracker system at this site is expected to produce 21% higher yield than the fixed-tilt system build on the adjoining reservoir.
